Who We Are
Blooco Builders is the product of bold vision and hands-on leadership. Our founder, Preston Higgins, launched his first company, My Retreat Service, while still in college—offering concierge services to vacation homeowners. That early venture gave him a deep understanding of property care and customer satisfaction.
Over the years, Preston expanded his business ventures, eventually leading him into the world of real estate and construction. Today, he leads Blooco, a fast-growing commercial construction firm based in Orlando, and Graehawk, a development company that helps Latin American investors establish and grow real estate portfolios across the U.S.
