Preston Higgins is the founder and president of Blooco Builders, where he leads with bold vision and hands-on experience. His entrepreneurial journey began in college with My Retreat Service, a concierge company for vacation homeowners, which sparked his passion for property care and customer service. Over the years, Preston expanded into real estate and commercial construction, eventually building Blooco into a fast-growing, trusted name in the industry. He also leads Graehawk, a development company that helps Latin American investors grow real estate portfolios across the U.S. Preston’s leadership and commitment to smart planning, quality construction, and long-term partnerships continue to shape Blooco’s success.

FINANCIAL MANAGER

Nicole Rivero serves as the Financial Manager at Blooco and is a key driver behind the company’s financial and administrative operations. She oversees pay applications, vendor payments, QuickBooks management, and financial tracking across projects, ensuring accuracy, organization, and consistency from start to finish. Nicole plays an essential role in supporting project teams by keeping financial workflows aligned, documentation in order, and processes running smoothly.

DESIGN MANAGER

Effin Chavarria leads Blooco’s design efforts as Design Manager, focusing on design coordination, architectural planning, and visual development across projects. He works closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to translate plans into clear, buildable visuals that support decision-making and execution. Effin is responsible for producing renderings, layouts, and detailed visual models that help align stakeholders before construction begins and reduce uncertainty in the field. His experience as an architect and his expertise in tools like AutoCAD and Lumion allow him to create accurate, construction-ready visuals that support both preconstruction planning and project coordination.His work ensures design intent, functionality, and constructability remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

PROJECT ESTIMATOR

Milton Mora supports Blooco’s projects as Estimator, focusing on cost development, bid coordination, and subcontractor pricing. He leads project estimating efforts, including construction scopes and equipment, and works directly with subcontractors and vendors to obtain accurate quotes and competitive bids. Milton is responsible for preparing project estimates, supporting bid submissions, and overseeing budget alignment from preconstruction through execution. His work helps ensure pricing is realistic, scopes are clearly defined, and project teams have the financial clarity needed to move forward with confidence.

PROJECT ENGINEER

Steven supports Blooco’s projects as Project Engineer, working on the administrative and coordination side of construction. He manages permitting applications, prepares and records Notices of Commencement (NOCs), coordinates inspections, and serves as a communication bridge between clients, project managers, and construction teams. Working under the Project Manager, Steven helps keep projects organized, compliant, and moving forward by handling documentation, tracking requirements, and supporting day-to-day project operations. His role ensures that permits, approvals, and coordination efforts stay aligned from preconstruction through execution.

SALES MANAGER

Ruben Gonzalez leads networking and partnership development at Blooco, focusing on building relationships and creating opportunities that support the company’s growth. As Network & Partnerships Lead, he works to connect Blooco with clients, industry partners, and new project opportunities aligned with the company’s direction and capabilities. Ruben plays a key role in developing leads, strengthening client relationships, and expanding Blooco’s presence within the restaurant and commercial construction space. His background in sales and business development supports strategic outreach, relationship management, and long-term partnership building that contribute to the company’s continued expansion.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Esteban supports Blooco’s field operations as Construction Manager, overseeing day-to-day project execution and site performance. He supervises construction activities, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures work progresses according to schedule, plans, and quality standards. Esteban works closely with project managers and engineers to keep crews aligned, resolve field issues, and maintain momentum from mobilization through final completion. His role focuses on site coordination, safety, and consistent execution to keep projects moving efficiently and on track.

Caden Cox supports Blooco’s field operations as Construction Engineer, assisting with day-to-day project execution and on-site performance. He helps coordinate subcontractors, supports construction activities, and ensures work progresses in alignment with project schedules, plans, and quality standards. Caden works alongside project managers, engineers, and construction managers to maintain site organization, address field challenges, and keep projects moving efficiently from mobilization through completion. His role focuses on coordination, safety, and consistent execution to support successful project delivery.
