PRESIDENT

Preston Higgins is the founder and president of Blooco Builders, where he leads with bold vision and hands-on experience. His entrepreneurial journey began in college with My Retreat Service, a concierge company for vacation homeowners, which sparked his passion for property care and customer service. Over the years, Preston expanded into real estate and commercial construction, eventually building Blooco into a fast-growing, trusted name in the industry. He also leads Graehawk, a development company that helps Latin American investors grow real estate portfolios across the U.S. Preston’s leadership and commitment to smart planning, quality construction, and long-term partnerships continue to shape Blooco’s success.

PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Originally from Venezuela, Nicole Rivero is the organizational heart of Blooco. As Preconstruction Manager, she plays a critical role in overseeing finance, permitting, and administrative operations, ensuring every project starts strong and stays on track. Nicole expertly manages budgets, paperwork, and approvals with efficiency and precision, helping lay the foundation for Blooco’s success on every build. Her attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and ability to navigate complex processes make her an essential part of the team. Nicole’s leadership behind the scenes keeps the wheels turning smoothly and allows Blooco to deliver projects on time and with confidence. Outside of work, Nicole is a competitive tennis player in USTA, an avid soccer fan, and an active volunteer in nonprofit organizations, where she dedicates time to making a positive impact in her community.

DESIGN MANAGER

Originally from Nicaragua, Effin Chavarria leads Blooco’s design efforts with a blend of creativity, technical skill, and architectural insight. As Design Manager, Effin is responsible for transforming blueprints into dynamic, interactive visual presentations that allow clients to fully experience their spaces before construction even begins. His ability to bring projects to life in the design phase helps Blooco clients visualize success and make confident decisions. With a background as an architect in Nicaragua, Effin brings a deep understanding of space, structure, and visual storytelling to every project. His expertise in AutoCAD and Lumion allows him to craft precise, visually engaging models that showcase every detail with clarity and accuracy. Effin’s thoughtful design process ensures that each project is not only functional but also visually aligned with the client’s vision. Beyond his work, Effin is passionate about music—he enjoys playing both piano and guitar—and is an enthusiastic soccer fan, proudly supporting Real Madrid. He also grew up playing baseball for fun and brings that same sense of teamwork and dedication to every project he takes on.

PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

Originally from Costa Rica, Milton Mora brings structure, reliability, and precision to Blooco’s financial operations. As Project Accountant, he is responsible for tracking budgets, managing job costing, processing payments, and ensuring financial accuracy across all construction projects. Milton plays a vital role in keeping each build financially healthy — monitoring expenditures, forecasting costs, and providing clear, timely reporting that supports informed decision-making at every stage. His calm, detail-oriented approach makes him a steady presence in the fast-paced world of construction. With a strong background in accounting, Milton is passionate about helping Blooco grow sustainably and responsibly. Outside of work, Milton enjoys hiking, barbecuing with friends, and watching international soccer matches, proudly cheering for his home team.

MARKETING MANAGER

Born in Costa Rica, Steven brings creativity, discipline, and a fresh perspective to Blooco’s marketing team. As Marketing Manager, he leads the company’s digital presence, manages the website, oversees media production, and coordinates marketing events that help grow Blooco’s brand and build lasting client relationships. Steven is also a Commissioned Officer in the Army National Guard, where he continues to develop strong leadership, logistical coordination, and problem-solving skills that he carries into his professional work. Steven graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity, bringing a unique blend of technical knowledge and creative marketing strategy to the team. Outside of work, Steven enjoys building and collecting LEGO®, diving deep into Star Wars lore, and exploring new ideas in technology, design, and digital innovation.

SALES MANAGER

Born in Massachusetts with proud Puerto Rican roots, Ruben Gonzalez brings energy, charisma, and a proven track record in sales to Blooco. As Network & Partnerships Lead, Ruben is at the forefront of building relationships and creating growth opportunities. He is dedicated to connecting Blooco with the right clients, projects, and partnerships that align with the company’s vision. Before joining Blooco, Ruben excelled as a top-performing salesperson for Disney’s Vacation Club, where he consistently ranked among the best in sales and earned multiple awards for his outstanding performance. His experience at Disney sharpened his ability to understand customer needs, build trust, and deliver value-driven solutions. At Blooco, Ruben focuses on finding new leads, building strong client connections, and driving business growth. His passion for people, natural communication skills, and ability to spot new opportunities make him a key force behind Blooco’s expanding network.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Originally from Costa Rica, Esteban brings hands-on experience, technical expertise, and strong leadership to his role as the Senior Project Engineer at Blooco. Before joining the team, Esteban worked as a licensed electrician in Costa Rica, giving him a deep, practical understanding of the construction process from the ground up. At Blooco, Esteban leads project execution from start to finish. He manages day-to-day construction activities, coordinates with project engineers, and ensures teams, timelines, and resources stay aligned. His ability to solve problems on the fly, keep operations running smoothly, and maintain high standards of quality make him a key part of Blooco’s success. Esteban is passionate about building spaces that last and believes in fostering strong relationships with clients, crews, and partners along the way.

PROJECT ENGINEER

Caden Cox brings precision, focus, and a hands-on approach to every project at Blooco. As Project Engineer, he supports field operations and project management by coordinating subcontractors, tracking schedules, reviewing drawings, and ensuring construction details are executed correctly on-site. Caden is a critical bridge between planning and execution — turning blueprints into reality through careful coordination and problem-solving. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for construction, he helps keep projects moving efficiently and ensures quality is upheld at every stage. Caden’s drive to learn, adapt, and contribute makes him a key player in delivering successful restaurant builds. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, working with his hands, and exploring new tools and technologies that improve the building process.

Originally from Venezuela, Elvis Rodriguez brings energy, precision, and a strong work ethic to every Blooco project. As a Project Engineer, he plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations on-site — managing subcontractors, reviewing plans, solving field issues, and keeping timelines on track. Elvis is known for his sharp attention to detail, proactive communication, and hands-on problem-solving, all of which contribute to the smooth execution of complex builds. With a background in engineering and a passion for construction, he helps bring Blooco’s restaurant projects to life with efficiency and quality. Outside of work, Elvis enjoys playing soccer, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

EQUIPMENT DIRECTOR

Jonathan Cox plays a critical role in outfitting Blooco’s restaurant builds with the equipment that powers kitchens and dining spaces alike. As Equipment Director, he oversees the sourcing, acquisition, and sales of commercial kitchen equipment — from walk-in coolers and fryers to custom hoods and front-of-house fixtures. With a deep understanding of both functionality and design, Jonathan ensures every piece of equipment meets the specific needs of each restaurant concept. His strong industry knowledge, vendor relationships, and logistical skills help Blooco deliver fully equipped, operational spaces that are ready to serve from day one. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys exploring new culinary trends, traveling, and spending quality time with family.
