Insurance Requirements
Recommended minimums - your project subcontract may require higher limits. No site access until Blooco confirms required minimums are in place. COI must name Blooco Builders as additional insured.

Subcontractor Standards - Check Each to Acknowledge
  • No Work Authorization: This packet does not authorize work. Mobilization requires separate written authorization from Blooco Builders.
  • Licenses and Permits: We will maintain every license, registration, permit, and qualification required for our scope.
  • Personnel: We will assign properly trained supervisors and workers and comply with all safety and labor rules.
  • Change Management: No scope, price, schedule, or extra work changes are effective without written direction through Blooco Builders change process.
  • Safety and Conduct: We will follow Blooco and site rules, prohibit harassment and retaliation, report incidents promptly.
  • Lower-Tier Subcontractors: We will not sub-subcontract any work without prior written approval from Blooco Builders.
  • Payment Support: We will provide accurate payment applications, lien releases, and all backup required by Blooco.
  • Confidentiality: We will protect project information, plans, pricing, and communications.
  • Duty to Update: We will notify Blooco Builders within 5 business days of any change to licenses, insurance, banking, or ownership.

Payment Setup & ACH Authorization
Attach a voided check or bank letter. Blooco verifies all banking info before activation.
