Payment Policy & Procedures - Read Before Accepting Work
These are Blooco Builders standard payment terms. By checking the acknowledgment below you confirm you have read and understand these terms before submitting bids or accepting work.
Invoice Submission Deadline
Subcontractor invoices must be submitted to Blooco Builders by the 20th of each month to be included in that month's pay application. Invoices must include all billings for the month, including work performed between the 20th and the end of the month.
Pay Application Schedule
Blooco Builders submits pay applications to the Owner on the 25th of each month. Owner payments are due by the 15th of the following month.
Payment Timing
Payments to subcontractors are made within 7 days of Blooco Builders receiving payment from the Owner. This is a pay-when-paid arrangement.
Retainage
Blooco Builders may withhold retainage from each payment in an amount consistent with the Prime Contract. Retainage is released upon final completion and acceptance of the Work.
Invoice Requirements
Invoices must include detailed descriptions of completed tasks and corresponding amounts due. Incomplete or inaccurate invoices will delay payment processing.
Change Orders
No additional or changed work will be compensated without prior written authorization from Blooco Builders. Unauthorized work is not compensable regardless of field direction.
  • Payment Terms Acknowledgment: I have read and understand Blooco Builders payment policy including invoice deadlines (20th of each month), pay-when-paid terms (within 7 days of Owner payment), retainage withholding, and the requirement for written authorization before performing any additional or changed work.

Subcontractor Standards - Check Each to Acknowledge
  • No Work Authorization: This packet does not authorize work. Mobilization requires separate written authorization from Blooco Builders.
  • Licenses and Permits: We will maintain every license, registration, permit, and qualification required for our scope.
  • Personnel: We will assign properly trained supervisors and workers and comply with all safety and labor rules.
  • Change Management: No scope, price, schedule, or extra work changes are effective without written direction through Blooco Builders change process.
  • Safety and Conduct: We will follow Blooco and site rules, prohibit harassment and retaliation, report incidents promptly.
  • Lower-Tier Subcontractors: We will not sub-subcontract any work without prior written approval from Blooco Builders.
  • Payment Support: We will provide accurate payment applications, lien releases, and all backup required by Blooco.
  • Confidentiality: We will protect project information, plans, pricing, and communications.
  • Duty to Update: We will notify Blooco Builders within 5 business days of any change to licenses, insurance, banking, or ownership.

Payment Setup & ACH Authorization
Attach a voided check or bank letter. Blooco verifies all banking info before activation.

Final Certification

I certify that the information in this package and all attachments is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that Blooco Builders may rely on this information for onboarding, vendor activation, and project access decisions. By typing my name below, I confirm I am authorized to bind this company.
